Q. When and where is the auction?
A. The auction is being held at Blackhawk Country Club again this year. On Saturday, March 25th, 2017 from 6:00-11:00pm at the Blackhawk Country Club. This is your chance to bid on all the great parent parties, Principal for the Day, vacation get a ways and much more…
Q. What are the Premium Tables?
A. The premium tables are a limited amount of tables that include premium cocktails delivered to your tables, a designated waiter, prime table location, and Black Tie Transportation home at the end of the night. A special surprise may be waiting for you at your table!
Q. What should I expect for my ticket price?
A. Your auction ticket includes a sit-down dinner, silent and live auction, dancing and a ton of fun! Tickets are on sale for $95 per person.
Q. Why should I go to the Auction?
A. The Tassajara Hills Foundation is the major fundraiser for our children’s school. The Foundation supports key programs that the state budget can no longer fund. These programs include: Reading Specialists, Technology, Music, Library, Art, Para Educators and much more. The Auction is the largest fundraiser of the year. Without your contributions, we will not be able to support these valuable programs and critical staff.
Q. Ok, I definitely don’t want to miss the fun, how do I buy tickets?
A. You can purchase tickets on this website by clicking on the Registration button at the top left corner of the homepage.
Q. Why am I being asked to save my credit card information during my ticket purchase?
A. We will be collecting credit card info for use in the auction and choosing to save your information now will save you time at registration. Your information is secure and your card will only be charged a second time if you make purchases at the auction.
Q. Is there a theme for the night?
A. This year’s theme is the Roaring 20's! Dress up, dress classy, dress trendy, dress elegant, however you dress just get ready to have fun! (No denim allowed at the country club)
